Baking gluten free and plant-based products is a science, and Carl’s strives to add the artistry. We are willing to try to craft any of our flavors listed on this Menu page as gluten free or plant-based; however, please be aware that the consistency, density, and moisture levels of some items will greatly vary due to the use of gluten free (almond and/or rice) flour, plant-based butter, plant-based sugar, and vegetable oil. Please add $10 to the item price to accommodate for the specialty ingredients.
